Iron should only be taken by those battling anaemia. I bought this formula for my 89-year-old uncle with constipation issues, and it’s worked wonders for him. It has brought his blood cells back to normal, and now he no longer feels "cold all the time." But it’s crucial to take iron only if you are iron deficient to prevent potential health risks.
